Accommodation

**Discounts - a 10% discount is available for groups of 10 persons or more.

Booking your Adventure/Activities

• Check availability by phone
• Ensure you meet any activity's pre-requisites as specified.
• We can accept booking by telephone, fax or post but you must sign and return the booking form at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your adventure/activities.
• A 10% deposit of cost is required to make a booking (payable by cheque to Care Solutions Ltd).
• The balance of your activities must be paid at least 4 weeks before your adventure.
• If you book within 4 weeks of your activities you must pay in full at time of booking.

Amendments and Transfers

Please confirm any changes in writing no less than 4 weeks prior to the date of commencement for your activities. An administration fee of £15 will be changed to update any such changes.

Cancellation

• Cancellation must be confirmed in writing
• Cancellation made more than 4 weeks before your activities day will be subject to a £15 administration fee.
• If you cancel within 4 weeks of your activities day you will be liable for the full day unless we manage to fill that day of your activities. If your place is filled you will be fully refunded minus the £15 administration fee.
